Our client required a chat platform for hospital doctors and admin teams to communicate critical patient information and OPD details. The platform needed to ensure tamper-proof documents and provide evidence if any changes occurred.

Solution

Entrans Technologies Pvt. Ltd. developed a comprehensive solution with a HIPAA-certified blockchain-enabled chat platform.

Result: A secure, private, and tamper-proof chat-document ecosystem was created and launched in less than 3 months.

Entrans took a systematic approach, starting with a discovery phase where a Business Consultant, UX Analyst, and Technical Architect collaborated with the client to document the project scope. The design focused on preserving privacy with encrypted data in transit and at rest. Asymmetric key encryption ensured only the client could decrypt messages.

The architecture was designed for scalability using micro-frontend, micro-services, and sockets managed with Docker and a cloud-based API gateway. To ensure document immutability, an IPFS server was deployed as a private gateway, writing content as a hash and preventing tampering.

The Subscriptions Image Content feature makes acquiring APIs more straightforward by offering users a seamless, visual interface to browse and subscribe to various APIs. This functionality eliminates the complexity of traditional API subscription processes, making it easier for users to integrate APIs into their systems quickly. In addition to simplified access, this feature provides users with powerful tools to monitor and track their API usage. Through detailed metrics and insights, users can view API call volumes, performance statistics, and cost data, enabling them to manage consumption effectively.
